拉結為甚麼要偷她父親的神像？
「當時拉班剪羊毛去了，拉結偷了她父親家中的神像。」（創 31:19） 「神像」在這節的原文是 teraphim，在摩西五經裏只是出現過三次，都是與拉結偷神像有關。 Teraphim 這個詞的意思現在已經無法確定，而在拉比的著作裏，這個詞是指一些「可恥的東西」。 所以，聖經翻譯者把個詞譯作「神像」或「偶像」。
